Phil Walton – Principal

Phil has over 27 years experience as a town planner in local government and 20 years experience as a firefighter with the Country Fire Authority. For 10 years, Phil was the General Manager Planning and Development with the Cardinia Shire Council.

Phil holds qualifications in planning, business and bushfire planning and management. He is a member of the Planning Institute of Australia, Victorian Planning and Environmental Law Association and Fire Protection Association of Australia. Phil is an accredited Bushfire Planning and Design Practitioner (Level 2) with the Fire Protection Association of Australia.

Phil provides a professional and diligent approach to resolving issues. He takes great pride in assisting clients at all levels from individual homeowners and small businesses to large corporations.
